Just wondering how big do Largemouth get in your area vs Smallmouth?
I’m in Canada. On our lake they both get to be about 5-6 pounds, although the big largemouth are a lot rarer. Our lake is quite deep (over 300 feet) and is far enough North to have Lake Trout. Hence why the smallmouth do so well in our lake.
I know down in Florida they get truly monsterous Largemouth, and few if any smallmouth. So, what’s it like in Tennessee?
Also, how good was the fight? Did she break water?

That looks like a very long 4.1lbs. That fish could easily be 5.5lbs during the fall bulking.
