How do you guys like your 43Xs? I’ve been looking at a 43X MOS for a little, just figured I’d pick your brains a little about owning/shooting/carrying one.

The 43x MOS is difficult to fully set up for a EDC if you want to mount a light (tlr 7 sub is finally out and sort of available). Just not a lot of holsters out yet. I’ve been waiting for the Holosun 407k x2 for 5 months, and those are finally available. Still haven’t found a good holster to bring it all together.

Hate it. Carry the 19 and if I’m looking for something smaller I carry a 26.

I love my 43x. I carry that 90% of the time.

It’s a nice “light carry” gun in my rotation. I alternate between the 43x and 48 depending on my mood, but for really hot days (Texas) in shorts it’s 43x. It’s just a lighter load to carry.
As far as shooting goes, the 48 is more balanced and less snappy. You can definitely feel the barrel length difference.
In short, it’s a good small carry gun, with improvements it’s even better, but be aware it has more snap to it than a bigger frame gun.

Best ccw gun I’ve ever owned. Might want to look into the 48 if you want something a little less snappy(it’s not bad). You could always grab a 43x and then later get a factory or upgrade to a more Gucci slide for a 48 and bam, you’ve got a Glock 48 too.

43x all day with a Tier one holster. Even in road trips I forgot I’m wearing it. I don’t it’s as snappy as everyone is saying, plus you get the same amount of rounds as a 19 with the shield arms steelies.

Mine is NON MOS with Ameriglo Troopers and 147 grain HST

Love mine. I think its unbeatable for a size and capacity considering you get the s15 mags

The 48 is superior to the 43x. Conceals better, much less snappy because of the extra slide length, and better sight radius. There’s no reason to get a 43x over a 48.
