9” rail & Warcomp?

Does anyone have any good 9” rail suggestions that are in stock? Wanted the BCM 9” but their website says it’s really about 9.5”. Looking for something close to 1.3 ID if possible.

Secondly, I’ve seen some Warcomps on Gun Broker going for pre-covid prices but hesitant since it seems too good to be true. Fairly new to Gun Broker as well so I don’t want to be naive about it. Thanks in advance for any input.
