A law banning blackface in Virginia

A Virginia progun legislator should submit a bill that makes wearing blackface illegal
Any violators recieve a maximum sentence of 2 years in jail and up to a $10,000 fine.
Make it retroactive so anyone at any point in history can be prosecuted.
-Northam rejects the bill like a hypocrite…Profit!
>I don’t actually support any restriction on the 1st or 2nd amendment but this could be force the anti gunners to confront their hypocrisy
