All imported pistols to stop now?
So with the new rule, even if it doesn’t come with a brace, imported pistols like Draco’s, Scorpions, Stribog etc won’t be coming in cause they now considered SBRs?

Im curious about this too because AFT said something about surface area on the back of the reciever, so all ar pistols with buffer tubes could be in their eyes sbrs
The ruling didn’t have anything to do with calibers though i don’t believe stockless aks would be

I doubt that highly. it’s an sbr if you put a brace on it, but most of those are made in the US and no one can import them like that because it is too specific.

Just buy them out of the trunk of a car like every other law abiding criminal. They might even have a giggle switch as a bonus.
