I have had frogskins for a while and never thought about getting polarized lenses for them til my last pair broke. Not too familiar with their lenses, does anyone know which polarized lens type is best for water? Thanks!!

Have you ever tried Smith Optics? They’re a little bit more affordable than Oakleys, but every bit as good. They make quite a few models with interchangeable lenses.

I also have some other brands in various colors for different water but going back to Mauis I am always reminded how everything pops thru them and their polarization is flawless for sight fishing. If you going to be fishing in gloomy conditions or less light then pick yellow-ish/amber. Polarization darkens the lenses so you want brighter lenses for not so sunny conditions. If you going ocean water then get gray base with blue mirror. They say green mirror works better on freshwater but for me just neutral gray seems to work better.
