Some of you may think I’m crazy or stupid for thinking this, and you probably wouldn’t be entirely wrong, but I seem to remember reading a few years back about a prototype short barrelled bullpup that the maker somehow got classified as a pistol. Maybe the “stock” portion was shorter than most bullpups, or there was no butt pad on the back, so they argued that it didn’t have a stock. Since that first post I haven’t read anything else about it. Don’t know if da alfabit bois reversed their decision like they love to do, or if manufacturing just never came to fruition. Of course googling “bullpup pistol” only comes up with Bobergs. Anybody else remember this?
Edit: after some more googling I found the Gwinn/Bushmaster Arm Pistol.
This could be what I’m thinking of, or at least something very similar.
