Howdy y’all, shot a 30ds today and loved it, but the trigger was a little odd. For those of you that own one, is this also y’all’s experience? I’m a Smith guy so perhaps I’m trying to compare 2 different levels of craftsmanship. So 3 out of 6 cylinders had a heavier trigger than the other 3. It was especially noticable when trying to do a super smooth single action pull. This however felt a little smooshy and not crisp. Also, if you finger fucked the trigger a little, trying to pull it smoothly, then thinking it was about to set it off, you released the pressure, sometimes the trigger would come forward and reset without ever setting off the hammer. Any of that sound common to anyone ?

I know I’ve heard/seen somewhere that things can get a bit weird because the hammer isn’t what’s actually striking the casing, making it some weird abomination of hammer/striker fired, if that makes sense.
Still doesn’t explain the differing trigger pulls though so who knows

Maybe it’s a dirty cylinder lock, and you can run a nylon brush in the back part where the cylinder and firing action meet.
