Cmmg conversion kit users…a question

Last weekend while shooting suppressed I though I lost my recoil spring and guide rod. After a shortened range trip and some inspection at home, I realized the rod had gotten stuck inside the enclosed area that holds the end of the spring. Unfortunately I ended up destroying the spring to get it out…but anyway since I have to replace this is there a source for a higher powered spring or do you guys have any suggestions for running suppressed with this? Thanks!
