My stepfather has an old Browning BAR chambered in 7mm mag and is looking for someone to fabricate a 10 round or larger magazine.
Does anybody know of a gunsmith or company that makes custom magazines? -
Any company making a single unit will run you a whole bunch.
I’m sure you can call Mec Gar up and Italy and they’ll make one for you if you’re willing to make it worth their time.
A lot goes into making a magazine work and reliable. Best to just continually search auction sites for one to pop up.

Old BAR Mk1 mags are still available on places like ebay, way less expensive to buy a factory mag than try to kludge a mag together totally from scratch.

Buy a pair of calipers and pop it into CAD. Print your own.
