GuestJune 14, 2021 at 1:24 pmIf you’re actually loading to 10mm specs and not just longboi .40 make sure you aren’t getting gascutting from having too high a pressure for your alloy, you’ll lose a lot of power and can have reliability issues.

GuestJune 14, 2021 at 1:24 pmFor me… If I run a “real” hard cast its gonna be a WFN. ONLY.
That bullet looks alot like my Lyman 200g TC. Its a real good shooter!! -

GuestJune 14, 2021 at 1:24 pmI carried a sidearm for back country protection for some years in the Rockies. A Ruger 41 mag with full house Lyman 410459s over H110.
1 is functional reliability.
2 is full power loads with a bullet that’ll cut a deep, permanent wound channel.I’d highly recommend that you use a different bullet. Something like an LBT WFN bullet. There’s no second chances when you’re miles from anyone else or even your car.

GuestJune 14, 2021 at 1:24 pmNice!! I’ve got a 175 gr lee mold and a Noe 180. Bludot, longshot and AA#9 work really nice.

GuestJune 14, 2021 at 1:24 pmI load ACME cast 200gr TCs with AA9 as per the Western Powders loading guide. At near max or max loads, I get 1200 FPS average from my Delta Elite.
