Does anyone have experience using the Blue Force Gear M16 Buttstock Adapter (sling attachment) on the Mossberg Maverick 88?

I am using a [GGG Mossberg Sling and Flashlight Combo Mount](https://www.gggaz.com/mossberg-500-sling-and-flashlight-combo-mount.html) on my Maverick 88 to attach my Streamlight TLR RM2 and [Frank Proctor Sling](https://www.frankproctorshooting.com/proctor-sling/). I am thinking of removing the rear [Sling Loop](https://www.frankproctorshooting.com/proctor-sling-loops/) which is attached to a basic [sling swivel](https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1015371586?pid=369468) and attaching the sling to the [BFG M16 Buttstock Adapter sling attachemnt](https://www.blueforcegear.com/m-16-buttstock-adapter.html).

Does anyone know if the BFG M16 buttstock sling adapter fits on the Maverick 88 stock? Or have an alternate product that moves the rear sling point to the top of the stock if the BFG product does not fit?

I found the [VTAC Buttstock Adapter](https://www.vikingtactics.com/product-p/vtac-mk3.htm) but I would like to use the BFG to attach to the sling swivel to hold it in place.

It’s been a while but back when I got my Mossberg 500 about 8 years ago the BFG buttstock adapter didn’t fit. It was a 500 combo with a cheap plastic stock, which might be the same? or similar to the Maverick stock. I have a Maverick now as well but I don’t remember where I put the BFG adapter.

So only thing to consider is that this doesn’t have strap to go around the buttpad to keep it from moving forward

If you don’t have a rear swivel the cuff will slide forward. Also this has the sling point on top.

I have a ggg from sling loop and I think rifle gear butt cuff. Allows me to have the gun flat across my back or chest. I like a 2 point sling across my body cause I can be hands free and warm in my pockets
