EForm 1 disapproval question

My EForm 1 was disapproved a couple months ago because of an issue with my trust and I’m getting around to sorting it out and re-submitting now. I understand I’ll have to re-do my fingerprints, but can I re-use the 5320.23 that’s already been signed and dated and was used last time? I honestly don’t know if this is a stupid question because I could see it going either way. I apologize if it’s a dumb question lol.

Can’t tell you for sure but when it comes to atf and tac stamps, the answer is always just “do it right”. They’re so stupidly picky and anal about random stuff… the potential time saved With a shortcut is never worth the likelihood of getting another denial and back to square one

I would just fill a new one out just in case. Not worth a hassle trying to make it easier.

Yes you can use the old one. I was denied twice with the same .23 for reasons not involving it. A day later (using the same .23) I was approved. YMMV.
