Aero M4E1 upper and lower, S-One hand guard
Aero nitride BCG
LaRue MBT-2S trigger
Radian raptor CH
Magpul SL stock
Magpul MOE-K2 grip
Magpul AFG
Magpul type 2 covers
Vickers padded sling
PA 1-6 SFP optic
BCM m-lok QDThe Magpul MBUS sights might come off. Probably will get a stream light soon and a driven arms switch mount for the hand guard too. Any other recommendations on what could be changed?

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amNot much point of BUIS without a quick release scope mount.
*Fake edit: Not much point of BUIS if you are not going into combat or have an optic with etched reticle.*

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amLooks great. I’d consider using an offset or 12oclock mounted red dot in place of the mbus sights if possible.
For backup sights, always ask yourself – Can I actually use these if my optic is fogged or damaged without having to pull out a tool to remove the mount?

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amLooks pretty good. If you want irons, just get offset ones. Those magpul are useless in that configuration.

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amIt’s pretty much a perfect do-it-all build. Mid tier builds like this are the best bang for buck in my opinion. The irons match the aesthetic well, but aren’t needed with the LPVO. Personally, I don’t like offset irons. I’d get that Streamlight and run this thing as is.

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amNormally, the loudest sound on a battlefield is “click” of an empty mag or malfunction. I suggest we change it to the “DING” when your rear sight smacks into the optic directly above it rendering it useless.

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amFinally a “first build” post where the rifle isn’t complete dogshit. Nice setup!

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amOh my god so many comments talking about the iron sights.
They’re fucking backups.
The scope comes off with ease.
Nice rifle.

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amI’d ditch the irons until you can get an offset dot or a qd mount. You can’t use those if your optic goes down without taking out a wrench and removing that mount.

GuestAugust 6, 2022 at 12:51 amI prefer the Atlas R-One rail over the S-One, you really give up rail space and options with the S-One…just my opinion.
