G23 gen 5 9mm conversion
I have an alpha wolf 40t barrel and wanted to get another for a 9mm conversion. apparently alpha wolf has no interest in making one for the gen 5 but F.J. Feddersen does. Does anybody have any experience with them? Also I’m looking to see the difference between the [Matte](https://fjfeddersen.com/product/glock-23-threaded-pistol-barrel-40-cal-to-9-mm-conversion-matte-steel-gen-5/) and the [Polished Steel](https://fjfeddersen.com/product/glock-23-threaded-pistol-barrel-40-cal-to-9-mm-conversion-polished-steel-gen-5/)? Personally I prefer stock look, but can’t find any good photos.

I bought a stainless threaded conversion barrel from Bear Creek on a whim. It was only $65. The finish isn’t the best, but it has been 100% reliable, and is very accurate. A very nice surprise. Have about 1000rds down it. Not a hiccup.

Yes i own a FJFEDDERSEN threaded barrel and a 9mm conversion barrel for my gen5 G22 mos. I have used numerous different aftermarket barrels over the years an FJ Feddersen definitely makes the best. Super tight groupings and zero issues after around a thousand rounds w the threaded barrel. Only put a couple hundred thru the 9mm conversion barrel but zero issues.
