    Has anyone else had this issue? I ordered my suppressor via kiosk at my LGS back on the 13th of December and got the Docusign email from SS on the same day. Filled it out and submitted it, got the confirmation that they had received it, and thought I was fine.
    I check my email this morning and find another Docusign email from them for the same item, saying “Important: Action required” as if I had never submitted the first one! Now I’m wondering if they’re having more issues over there…
    I say “more issues” because last year, we encountered a bit of a fiasco where they somehow double ordered a suppressor for me, two of the same model, both with the same serial number (this CAN’T happen) and were asking when I was going to pay for the 2nd stamp. We had resolved this over the phone right away, or so I thought. 3 weeks after resolving it, I get the same emails again saying I needed to pay for the stamp still and having me complete the Docusign again! I’m pretty sure that’s all taken care of now, I got my LGS involved and he talked with his contacts there and we should be good, although I think it probably set me back a few weeks on approval time.
    Getting this second set of Docusign emails is making me wonder if there’s more issues on their end, or if that’s the new normal for them for some reason. It’s not asking me to pay for a tax stamp this time around, so at least I’ve got that going for me. I’m really hoping this doesn’t delay this suppressor as well.
    Has anyone else had issues like this, or have any insights as to what might be going on here?
