I’ll be getting a 6.5 Grendel, 20″ 1 in 8 fluted stainless Satern / Liberty (Grendel hunter upper) and need to get some reloading dies for it. I would love to be able to achieve sub moa and take it out to 500 yards or more. I’ve been looking at both the Hornady Custom and Redding dies. At 4x the price of the Hornady, I choke a bit looking at Redding. Will the customs be good enough for what I want to do?

Having owned both and many other brands as well. The redding are better, better finish, better quality

GuestJune 13, 2021 at 3:51 amThe Hornady Customs are fantastic dies…I actually prefer them to the Redding dies personally. While I have not had terrible results with any of the die manufacturers I’ve tried, Hornady Customs are my choice of dies.
