I’m trying to design some new rotating spinner. Blades on the sides, hook at the bottom center eye. Would you put slats through the top to feed water through to the fins? Please overlook the ridiculous skirt.

I think slots/vents would definitely create some extra bubbles, kind of like how the megabass popmax has the channels in it. Maybe even make the nose concave to really move some water and give it some versatility as popping or straight retreive or a combo of both. I always wished the whopper plopper could be popped in place on a stop and go retreive more effectively. If you ever need a beta tester, id be more than happy to give it a go. Id even trade you some plastics i make.
