ISO online LTC website. Is there a way to do it online?

Hey y’all, I’ve had guns for quiet some time, but I never made time to get my LTC. I was curious, is there a way to do it strictly online? Or is there always a shooting part of the test? Im very familiar with gun safety and handling. I just never had time to get my license.
