Looking at adding this little guy to my kayak I’m trying to figure out where I mount it cause I need access to tighten the nuts to the screws so if anyone as a suggestion on where I can mount it let me know.

could make use of the couple rod holders behind the seat and instal a couple PVC pipes and a 2X4. There are some good YT videos that show how to make it. I personally use this type of mount with my trolling motor and kayak (newport vessels kayak series trolling motor)

I mounted one of those on the back of a perception Kayak of mine a month ago. Steer with the paddle. Works pretty good. I just made a small metal bracket with for Mount bolts. Two were 90 lb rated drywall Fasteners and the other two I tied into the rear Kayak handle threaded inserts. Some food for thought.
