Need advice.
Currently living in eastern Missouri and my girlfriend and I want to move somewhere in the next year and we want something with mild winters, close to or maybe in a good size city, a couple hours from the ocean and I need solid catfishing that’s the only reason I’m not in San Diego. I’m a big fan of the Charleston SC area, what do you guys suggest?

Alabama is where I would move. I’m in west central Missouri. I fish Truman Lake.

The Cali state record blue catfish (113 lbs) came out of Otay Reservoir, only about a 20 minute drive from San Diego. Big Flatheads in the Imperial Valley….definitely not the traditional catfish scene, but there are monsters in socal.
