So I have learned that deer fat doesnt taste good. I really wanted to believe differently but I cant change the truth.

How does moose fat taste? Do you have to get super crazy and get all the fat off the meat or is it more like pork or beef and a little fat ees okay. Looks great!

Made a moose breakfast burrito from some sausage a coworker of my dads gave me. Threw in some homemade breakfast potatoes, eggs, homemade salsa, and homemade queso and the works and it turned out spectacularly!
