Just got my direct thread suppressor and was wondering if I should be worried.

I haven’t had an issue but it’s best to check with an alignment tool since suppressors be expensive

Someone posted on PSA’s arfcom board not too long ago about destroying their suppressor on a non-concentric PSA barrel. Always check with an alignment rod.

Edit: [Here’s the thread.](https://www.ar15.com/forums/Industry/Barrel-muzzle-thread-concentricity-issues-with-PA10-Gen-3-/301-298345/) Not destroyed, i misremembered. But still definitely not good.

Always check. Even if the threads are good, a piece of dirt or carbon on them can be enough to ruin your day.

Alignment rods are fine but you can eyeball it pretty easily.
