Personally, I just run with no handguard and use an oven mitt on my support hand. Much lighter

Im doing a WWSDish build, never knew you could actually get that handguard. But I’m probably gonna pass. Its not really even lighter than ultra-light aluminum rails that go for 50 bucks cheaper and look nicer imo

Firefield makes a carbon one as well for a fraction of the price that is light and nice. They say it’s carbon fiber but feels more like plastic, but it is light and sturdy and cheaper!
