Agree! Especially the little 15-45lb ones. After cleaning and skinning, we use a sawzall to cut the head and feet off then just rip them lengthwise and throw the halves on the pit

By far, the best pork tenderloin I’ve had was from a pair of little 50 pounders.
The cuter they are, the better they taste.

I’m always wary of the diseases they carry, a lot of the ones I see are rank.
I did keep one from a group that was raiding a feedlot though, they were fat and healthy. -

Sows and piglets are delicious.
Here in florida, boars are fuckin gross. Best you could make out of them is over seasoned sausage or dog food. -
