On a scale of 1 to 10, just how garbage is this?
I have a GSG-16 I bought for $170 as a cheap and fun plinker. It’s actually been pretty fun and reliable even though it feels like airsoft quality and the iron sights are literally cheap plastic.

This was similar to my first gun, same manufacturer and everything.
It was called the Sig Mosquito at the time. I knew about “all” the issues.
In fact I got the gun specifically to learn how to clear a gun & learn to rack another round into the chamber when a jam happened.
That first 2-3k rounds was rough, but fun.
It’s one of my starter guns for first timers even though the firing pin is going out on it. 8000+ rounds later it has helped myself, my wife, & countless others join the gun community. -
This thing is ok with a suppressor, if you have a 3d printer you can print a mag follower that converts from 10 to 13….only comes with 1 mag and spares are tough to find and expensive if you manage to find them.

I have a Firefly and it runs flawlessly with high velocity cci. It’s a good training gun that my wife and daughter’s use, I don’t see any other real use for it though.

Mine works reasonably well but the trigger is so bad I can’t stand to take it to the range anymore.
