Its also a very badly coded piece of shit from 1995. I really love how you can submit a form 1 without having all required info/fields filled out.

I had a form 1 rejected because the personal photo did not get attached even after I uploaded it and it said it was uploaded. This is something ive encountered multiple times when attaching the photo.
