I have a Remington 1100 that won’t cycle. It will fire and the bolt will lock back even if I am not on the last round. I have cleaned it well and still no luck. I am not sure how the mechanism works, but I am inclined to think just by looking at it that the next round in the tube smacks the tab on the back of the loading gate and the releases the bolt forwards. If so then do I need a stronger mag spring and if not then I don’t know what to do. Please help, thanks.
