This clip is from a [documentary called “Babitsky’s War”](https://youtu.be/AhNfeRU2K-8) narrated by Alan Rickman which I’ve kindly been allowed to upload by its producers. It won the Amnesty International Media Award for best documentary film of the year 2000, though since then it’s largely been forgotten.

Russian tank assault on the city was a total disaster. They had to rethink the whole tank urban warfare after this as they were easily blocked on the streets and decimated.
