First bear! You can tell I’m new at this because I didn’t pose it to make it look bigger. Noob. Still plenty to eat though, we’ve been processing meat and after work for 2 full days now. Much happy. Our sausage game is solid but anyone know any good slow roast recipes for the big cuts?
