My current “arsenal” is a 6” 686 plus which was the first gun I purchased several years ago. It’s completely impractical but it is still fun to shoot, in the rare occasion that I actually shoot it. 38s and 357 magnum rounds are not exactly cheap compared to 9MM. My other handgun is a Shield 2.0 which I carry. It also currently serves as nightstand duty but with 9 total rounds, it feels a bit light for that purpose.
Contemplating selling/trading the 686 for a full size M&P 9 for my nightstand/home defense gun. Would also see more range time since 9MM is quite a bit cheaper.
Someone push me over the edge! Also, what do you think I could get for my 686? It’s in great condition.
