Just recently got a teton angler kayak because it was on sale at dicks and also because it was a sit on. Here’s a little question, how will it do in the ocean? I know, probably not well. But, in kind of flat water, maybe a little wave thats about a foot tall, will it?

My son and I have a pair of these. Generally we like them for smaller, calmer lakes and slow rivers.
Wave performance is not good. Once there are white caps, they are not as fun to be on.
Although we haven’t flipped yet (because of waves at least) getting back to the launch when you are a half mile out the wind suddenly comes up to a gusty 25 is an adventure and a good workout. -
I have a Teton and pretty much any white water means I’m not having a good time. Would not recommend.
