Thicc AR Handguards that use low profile barrel nuts?

I’m on the hunt for M lok AR rails that have some girth to them (bigger then the current 1.5ish inch duper slim craze) but use a low profile barrel nut. Even with rail panels I find the slim rails just don’t feel right in my big ol’ mitts.
Why the low pro barrel nut? It’s actually going on a piston driven WK180C up here in no so free Kanuckistan, so barrel nuts that have anything sticking up, or need a gas tube to pass through, will mess with the piston system.

HERA makes a fantastic quad, I have their IRS rail system on multiple applications. Slim barrel nut but a good thick grip.
