Thunderstorms keeping me off the water this week, so reflecting on this toad I caught last week.

Got the invite to fish a private lake in a very affluent neighborhood; every house on the lake had a boat, but no one was on the water. We paddled down towards the dam, and I noticed a swirl under an overhanging bush, so I skipped a jig under there and this bass took it and ran. 20.5 in, big ol belly. My new PR GA bass.
