    Step 1: Get 10s of states to have ended federal gun control enforcement like NFA/GCA.

    Step 2: The states all buy everyone a machine gun and a spread of artillery/RPGs.

    Step 3: The ATF raids someone and arrests them.

    Step 4: Take it to supreme court under the “in common use” federal clause.

    Step 5: No need for 1776, the right to keep and bear arms is back on the menu!
