This is perfectly normal. It was most likely previously shot out of an AR which will make those indentations from the inside of the feed ramps/barrel lugs as the case is extracted. Though if you see light through it, it’s not safe. If you don’t see light through it, you’re good to go.

Send it. Or make a 300 Blackout out of it.

Looks like a crack or the start of one. Surprised you are finding alot of them. How many reloads?

You can get dents from resizing the brass, often due to excessive lube, but not always. It can be quite common when reforming brass to another caliber, too. I don’t know if it’s just a flaw in the brass characteristic or if it’s a procedural fluke.
