    I know those by four interchangeable names. Blue Runner, shark bait, crab trap bait, and pre-ground chum.

    Blue runner, supposedly good sashimi but when i ate one my stomach did *not* like it… and i eat a lot of sashimi. Tasted good though.

    Oily fish do well with high heat like broiling or grill.

    Cast iron & butter bleed and gut right when u catch. Blue runner tastes good. If fish didn’t taste fishy what’s the point??

    Filet and soak fillets in buttermilk over night… then steam them on the grill with lots of herbs and lemon! Aluminum foil boat.. dont cook in the house of ya can help it!
