I hear a lot of people say the Glock 48/43X is snappy and was wondering what is your go to Grain hollow point 147, 135 ,124 or 115 for it or does it now really make a difference

New Glock 43x MOS. Only fired a few mags of 115 range ammo, and it seemed snappier than my Ruger EC9s, but I didn’t fire both the same day.

Fired the first shot and said to myself… Boy they’re right… It IS snappy.

But I’d didn’t hurt and was controllable.

Plan on carrying 124gr Federal HST standard pressure in mine like I do for the Ruger. Just need ammo to come down so I can afford a couple hundred to verify it works with the Glock.

I’ve been sticking with 124gr range ammo and 124gr sig hollow points to minimize handling differences.

Federal actually makes a 9mm HST 150gr for 9mm micro handguns (4 inch barrel and under, I believe), that’s suuuuper soft shooting while still retaining performance. It’s what I carry, and for range ammo I use 150gr Syntech which has similar ballistics.
